National Hairstylist Appreciation Day is an excellent opportunity to thank the talented hairstylists in your life. To celebrate, order sweet treats or lunch for the shop, decorate stations with streamers, kind words, or fun facts/accomplishments of each person for their clients to see, stock the breakroom full of snacks, or stock the staff bathroom with grooming essentials (dry shampoo, hair ties, safety pins, etc.)

The in-shop Egg hunt is a great way to give your team some fun surprises, an engaging activity, and a little competitive spirit. Feel free to do the hunt anytime that works for your shop!

Looking to drop a little more fun into the month? Buy some bowls, spoons, and a few gallons of milk. Then ask your team to bring in their favorite childhood cereal to share with the team!
