The holidays can be a stressful time for everyone and our shops and teams are no exception. Our staff goes above and beyond to make sure our clients can look good and feel great this holiday season. They are working longer hours, sometimes sacrificing time with their loved ones, all to make sure our clients get the S&S experience they deserve. It is important to recognize and appreciate the hard work and dedication of our people during this busy season. So, let’s take the time to show them some love and appreciation.

 
 
 

Make Their Spirits Bright!

Consider hosting a Holiday inspired Spirit Week for your team. It's an excellent way to inject some fun into the shop, increase morale, and foster team spirit, especially during this busy time of the year. It can create a sense of community, bring out your team's creativity and provide something fun to look forward to. You can set up themed days, run a competition or simply take an awkward group photo - whatever you decide, it's sure to be fun! Spirit Week is an effective way to provide a memorable experience, strengthen team cohesion and boost morale. Below are some of our favorite ways to engage!

 

Rock that Festive Sweater

Festive sweater days are always a crowd favorite and a great way to boost morale and team spirit. Whether you choose to host a competition or take an awkward group photo, you can guarantee your team will have a blast. To really ramp up the fun, why not invite your clients and host a free tasting in your lounge with a distributor? Your liquor reps may even have fun prizes like ugly sweaters to give away. Another great idea is to have your clients vote on their favorite sweaters! Don't forget to take pictures, it will be great for a laugh later.

Team Cookie Exchange

Hosting a holiday cookie exchange at work is an excellent way to get into the festive spirit and spread holiday cheer. Start by selecting a date and communicating it with your team, then gather supplies such as plates, napkins, and decorations to create a festive break room. At the cookie exchange, encourage everyone to bring their favorite holiday cookies to share and take home some of the collection. This is a great way to show team spirit and enjoy delicious holiday treats at the same time!

Small gift bags filled with thoughtful treats can be a great way to help someone get through the week. Fill the bags with items such as candy, snacks, notes of encouragement, hydration packets, Advil, and anything else your team may need. These gift bags are sure to bring a smile to anyone's face!
